Hot Lunches

Hot Lunch for Fall 2025 is now live.

You are able to order at

https://englishbluff.hotlunches.net/

All families will need to register for a new account with each new school year. The password is EBHL. You will need to select “Students” and add each of your children to the appropriate class.

Then you are ready to order!

The orders for each hot lunch close the week prior, most parents like to sit down with their children and order for the whole semester.

The hot lunch dates will be;

September 25 – orders close Sept 18 evening

October 9 – orders close Oct 2 evening

October 23 – orders close Oct 16 evening

November 6 – orders close Oct 30 evening

November 20 – orders close Nov 13 evening

December 4 – orders close Nov 27 evening

December 18 – orders close Dec 11 evening

To use the system, you will be required to register and provide your name, phone number and email address. This site has an SSL Certificate to provide full security of your personal information, and only the information required to manage the lunch program is required. The volunteer site administrator cannot access your password and you select your own user id. To register for an account click on the ‘REGISTER’ tab on the main menu bar. This will take you to the registration form to create an account for your family. Each family will have one account and each student at the school will be linked to this account. Once you have created your account you will be able to login and edit your contact information and add additional email addresses to your account. To register, enter the SCHOOL ACCESS CODE:  EBHL (case sensitive). Provide other information as required to complete your registration. Once you have registered, you can immediately LOG IN.

Registering Students

  1. Log in
  2. You will then be greeted by a message that will prompt you to register your child/ren: ‘There are no active students registered to this account. Please add your students by clicking on the ‘STUDENTS’ button below or the ‘PROFILE’ menu tab in order to proceed. Once your students have been added to the system you will be able to place lunch orders.’
  3. Click on the ‘Student’ button, add your child’s information and click on the ‘Add New’ button.  If you have more than one child at English Bluff please continue to register all your children in their appropriate classes.
  4. At this point you are registered with our system.

Ordering Lunches

  1. Log in https://englishbluff.hotlunches.net/to order
  2. Select the ‘Manage Orders’ button
  3. You will see your child/ren listed, click on the ‘Order Form’ button
  4. Select food orders for each child (if this is an event in which you are joining your child for lunch and would also like to order, simply add your selections to your child’s menu, and the food will be delivered together)
  5. Click on the ‘Update Order’ button
  6. Proceed with payment…
